Dylan Winthers joins TrinWare bringing a decade of technology experience. With a strong background in communication, information security, and compliance, Dylan looks to continue to focus on growth and success. Previously, Dylan developed, managed, and oversaw a cybersecurity program in the healthcare sector with an emphasis on IOMT devices. Additionally, he found and created partnerships with several software companies to ensure every client had both technology and expertise on their side. Together as partners and clients, the collaboration worked on business development and marketing initiatives, including co-hosting webinars, conference seminars, and sponsored events.

With an overly analytical and rational logic-based mind, Dylan devotes his professional efforts to critical thinking, optimization, and accomplishment. His motivation is simple: continuous improvement. As a former four sport athlete, his mentality centers on the success of all who contribute to the team. Expanding potential, learning something new, and pursuing joy emulates the energy Dylan hopes for everyone.

Outside of the office, Dylan enjoys spending time with family, cooking, watching/analyzing/stressing over football, and nerding out on movies, comics, gaming, music, and comedy. He is likely to be found on weekends laughing with his kids, rough housing with his obnoxiously friendly dogs, or grilling an overabundance of well-prepared food.
